If within 30 days from the purchase date you are not completely satisfied, contact us for return approval. Once the item is received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.

Please Note:

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories.
We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse. Therefore, we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery.
Where postage was offered for free, a nominal fee of $25 will be deducted from the refundable value to account for shipping, handling, and restocking.
If you were charged for shipping to a non-metro area, we will deduct the actual postage amount and an additional $10 for restocking and handling.
