Delivery Times:

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Please refer to the expected timeframes below to receive your product:

  • Metro Areas: 2-5 business days

  • Regional Areas: 2-8 business days

Please note, we do not deliver to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers.

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, re-delivery fees may apply.

We strive to ensure your order reaches you as quickly and efficiently as possible. For any questions regarding delivery, please contact our customer service team.

Change of Mind Returns:

At Avant-Garde Hardware, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please let us know. Most of our products come with a 30-day change of mind policy. If within 30 days from the purchase date you are not completely satisfied, contact us for return approval. Once the item is received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.

Please Note:

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories.

  • We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse. Therefore, we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery.

  • Where postage was offered for free, a nominal fee of $25 will be deducted from the refundable value to account for shipping, handling, and restocking.

  • If you were charged for shipping to a non-metro area, we will deduct the actual postage amount and an additional $10 for restocking and handling.

     

Warranty Claims:

Most of our products are supported by a 12-month warranty, covering all manufacturer faults. Some products may have different warranty periods, so please check the product description for specific details. If an issue arises with your order, please contact us via your MyDeal Account to initiate a warranty claim.
