Damage during shipping (must be reported within 7 days of delivery)

Damage due to misuse or abuse
Water or fire damage (unless the toy is specifically rated for such conditions)
Cosmetic issues that do not affect functionality
Toys purchased from third-party sellers or resellers
4. Claim Process
To file a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

Clear photos or a short video of the defect
Our customer service team will review your claim and respond within 3–5 business days.
If the claim is approved, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:
A replacement item
A full or partial refund

5. Return Shipping
In most cases, we will cover return shipping for defective products. If the item is deemed not to be defective, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
6. Limitations
This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser. We reserve the right to refuse any claim that we suspect to be fraudulent or abusive.
