DESCRIPTION

This series is designed for heavy-duty use with metal straps, ideal for securing heavy loads such as pallets, timber, logs, and bricks. Metal straps have distinct advantages over other materials as they have high breaking strength, low extendability and are less likely to break on sharp corners.

To start a job, a strap, clip, tensioner, and crimper are all necessary components. It's highly recommended to use a trolley. Handing this series requires significant physical strength even when a trolley is used.
STRAP:
Strap size: 19mm x 0.5mm
Max tension or breaking strength is approx. 500KG.
Each roll of the strap is approx. 325 meters in length.

Each roll of the strap weighs approx. 25KG, and a specially designed trolley is a great tool.
TOOLS
No tools included - the tools you'll need are the tensioner and the crimper. Keep in mind that while tools for other straps might look similar, they probably won't work with this strap unless explicitly stated otherwise.
CLIPS
1K clips included - the clip locks the strap by notches created by the crimper and therefore the material shouldn't be too thick. If you have the clips, make sure it fits metal strap and the material thickness does not exceed 0.5MM.
CORNER GUARD
Qty included: 4K pcs("k" stands for 1000), please refer to one of the photos for the detailed size of the corner guard.
Please test our corner guard before buying as it is tricky to choose the right corner protector.
