When can you return or exchange a product?
If your item has not been unboxed and packaging remains intact, we are able to return the item for a full refund, if notified within 7 days of the date of delivery. Your refund will be processed once the item has been returned and assessed to be in good condition. Please note that items that have been used or installed are not eligible to be returned for either a store credit or refund.
If you notice an appliance has been delivered to you in a damaged condition, you must report it to the driver on site or customer service team, as soon as possible. Damaged appliances are not to be installed/connected/used.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept mattress returns as a result of customer error or due to a change of mind. The only mattresses we can accept a return are the Universe Bed Co Mattresses as a part of their 120 night trial.
Of course, nothing in this returns policy limits or excludes any guarantees, warranties, representations or conditions implied or imposed by law, including the Australian Consumer Law ("ACL") (or any liability under them) which by law may not be limited or excluded. Who in the world designed this thing? Yes, I read the reviews but was stuck for options and purchased it anyway. Pros: - It's a microwave Cons: - Can't see inside, there's a teeny-tiny light that does jack. Can't check heating status without opening the door. - Retains steam, a lot of steam. Probably not so good around electronics. - Flat, useless buttons, you really have to press them right. We're cooking, we've got things in our hands, stuff going on and I have to stop to really use the damn thing.
