The 1st Care‚ hot packs can be used to treat an old or recurring injury. The heat‚ improves blood circulation to the affected areas which in turn will‚ promote healing. The hot pack supplies oxygen and helps reduce pain in‚ muscles, joints, tendons and ligaments. To use this as a heat pack‚ simply immerse in hot water for approximately 4-10 minutes before‚ application. This pack can also be warmed in a microwave for approximately 30 seconds (600 w microwave) if additional heating is required it should be only be applied in 10 seconds bursts.
