Returns
You can return your item if it is not as described, faulty( see warranty terms) or damaged in transit.Please contact us through messages, our friendly staff is here to help. Items damaged in transit have to be returned to us, replacement can take up to 14 days because of the time required for carriers transit damage claims.
We do not accept returns for change of mind or if the item is not suitable for your application. Products have to be returned to us in original packaging with all manuals and accessories.
Warranty
We offer a 12 month warranty on all products used for private household use from the date of purchase (unless stated otherwise). Like most major brands, the use of products for commercial purposes qualifies the purchaser to a 3 month warranty period. Warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disaster, or other external causes or for damage caused by operating the equipment in a manner outside that described in the instructions. The warranty is considered void if the item has been modified, altered or tampered with. Consumable components (and accessories) such as controllers,carry bags, hoses, power tools accessories, belts, cables, wheels, blades etc. are not covered by warranty.
For warranty issues products have to be sent back to us, in original packaging and with all manuals and accessories, with copy of invoice and description of fault.

I replaced a U-TEC fridge with the MISHTO 165L. First it dropped straight in 2nd runs on 12v 3rd it's quiet and last I leave it running 12/7 on lithium and solar. Now rhe only problem is the connection to the power source, it's rubbish and should be redesigned

The fridge arrived quite quickly. It has been installed and up and running for 3 days now. It appears to be very happy, cooling and freezing in the freezer. The motor is quieter than my previous expensive Evakool 210 litre unit which only lasted 3 years. The cabinet appears to be clad in a plastic film whichw was bubbled on the door. The plastic was quite difficult to remove. Plastic seems ok on the rest of the cabinet. So far I am very happy with the fridge. Power draw also looks reasonable for a unit this size. I also have a much smaller Mishto fridge which is still working well after 6 years use.

it is a good size for our van havent put it in yet not sure how the doors will stay closed when we are driving but it is a nice looking unit
