Easy to install in our caravan as a replacement for a similar Chinese fridge that finally gave up the ghost after 9 years of continues service. It runs a lot quieter than the old one and is working perfectly so far, hope I get another 9 years out of this one too. The dimensions on the site were accurate also, which made planning to fit it much easier.

The product is very good but unfortunately I clicked on the wrong one. I was after the one with the side rails and extra height bar in either 4 or 5 step My fault 🤔.

The 5 step ladder is safe to use and easily stored. Good value for money. Delivery time was good and shorter than expected.

I replaced a U-TEC fridge with the MISHTO 165L. First it dropped straight in 2nd runs on 12v 3rd it's quiet and last I leave it running 12/7 on lithium and solar. Now rhe only problem is the connection to the power source, it's rubbish and should be redesigned

Returns
You can return your item if it is not as described, faulty( see warranty terms) or damaged in transit.Please contact us through messages, our friendly staff is here to help. Items damaged in transit have to be returned to us, replacement can take up to 14 days because of the time required for carriers transit damage claims.
We do not accept returns for change of mind or if the item is not suitable for your application. Products have to be returned to us in original packaging with all manuals and accessories.
Warranty
We offer a 12 month warranty on all products used for private household use from the date of purchase (unless stated otherwise). Like most major brands, the use of products for commercial purposes qualifies the purchaser to a 3 month warranty period. Warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disaster, or other external causes or for damage caused by operating the equipment in a manner outside that described in the instructions. The warranty is considered void if the item has been modified, altered or tampered with. Consumable components (and accessories) such as controllers,carry bags, hoses, power tools accessories, belts, cables, wheels, blades etc. are not covered by warranty.
For warranty issues products have to be sent back to us, in original packaging and with all manuals and accessories, with copy of invoice and description of fault.
