It is bright lemon straw in colour with a fine bead. Aromas of yellow fruits, straw, and dried herbs with some subtle toasty notes.
Lead to a layered and rich palate with a creamy mousse, a generous core of stone fruit and citrus, hints of yeast autolysis, and mouth-watering length.
