Created by Zuma, this charcoal plate is great for producing a striking contrast against a crisp, white table cloth and is perfectly suited to use for small main dishes or desserts such a cheesecake where the light colours would stand out from the dark background. Fired only once, this crockery uses less energy to produce than traditional crockery and the reactive glaze interacts with the minerals in the clay to create a faint pattern in the glaze.
