Introducing the Zilzie Selection 23 Rose, boasting the delightful essence of summer strawberries and cream with a delicate dash of rose water.
From the Winemaker
Harvesting of the fruit occurred in the cool of the night to preserve freshness and quality. Cool fermentation of individual batches took place in stainless steel, followed by lees stirring to add length and roundness to the palate. The wine underwent blending, stabilisation, and filtration before bottling.
