The SLH-RGBW010-Z is a 10W RGBW Zigbee controlled smart downlight, this downlight is a direct replacement for your traditional downlight, just unplug the existing downlight and plug in the Zigbee controlled downlight. You will need to get a Zigbee hub which will be a dedicated hub to manage and control your downlights without any interferences. These smart downlights allow you to set the lights on each room to your specific colour tone and brightness, infact you can control each light in each room to how you please. The great thing about these lights are, you can control them via a switch or remotely via the app.The SLH-RGBW010-Z unlike any other smart downlight offers 10W each for RGB (Red, Green and Blue) and 10 watts each for Warm white and Brilliant white. Returns
We accept returns of products within 30 days of the sale date for change of mind. Items returned after 30 days due to change of mind may not qualify for a refund or may incur an extra 25% restocking fee.
If your product is damaged or not as described on our website, we will gladly exchange it for an alternative. In these cases, return shipping will be arranged at our expense.
In cases of change of mind, we will accept returns within 30 days as long as the item purchased is in its original packaging and condition. The return postage will need to be paid by the buyer and the original delivery charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
Warranties
All Zhiyun products come with a 12 months Warranty.
Online Digital Shop will at our discretion repair or replace any product with a manufacturing or materials fault for the duration of 12 month from the date of purchase.
Warranty does not apply if:
Damage caused by incorrect assembly, inappropriate cleaning products used, misuse, abuse or neglect and failure to follow recommended maintenance guidelines
Normal wear and tear
Products not used for intended purposes.
The product have been tampered or modified with in any way
Force Majeure, Damaged or Faulty Items
If you received a damaged shipment or product, please send photos of the damaged item to our customer Care team vis market place Help Centre, include your order number and name, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
