Most of our orders are delivered within 3-5 working days if receiving the order before 12PM Monday through Friday subject to availability of stock and other factors. If the original address provided by you is incorrect or if the courier is unable to get to the address for any reason, a re-direction fee may apply. Please check all your details to ensure a speedy delivery.

If, for any reason, we are unable to process your order due to insufficient courier charges being assigned at checkout, we will contact you to arrange additional charges. If you parcel is not delivered within 5 days, please contact us.

Warranty repairs may take up to 21 working days unless notified. The warranty period starts from the date of the invoice and ends 365 days after the invoice date. The warranty may be void if the product is found to have physical damage, liquid damage, or has been tampered with.

Warranty Exclusions

This section identifies what is excluded under this Warranty: This Warranty does not extend to loss caused by normal wear and tear, liquid damage (water spill or ingression), theft, fire, or any other physical damage.

This Warranty does not cover damage caused by:

Abusive or misuse of the product, including physical abuse.
Incorrect operation or not following the operation instructions (as stated in the Product Operation Manual or manufacturer's instructions provided with the product).
Improper installation of the parts/product.
Failure to maintain the product or improper or incorrect maintenance.
Improper cleaning or failure to clean the product.
Incorrect voltage or non-authorized electrical connections.
Exposure to excessive heat, dampness, or moisture.
Exposure to abnormally corrosive conditions.
Use of non-authorized/non-standard, defective, or incompatible parts.
Password setting/resetting and computer virus.
Modification, repair, or other work carried out on the product other than by Authorized TechCrazy Personnel.
Any damage caused by micro sims where the product is not specifically designed to accept them.
Tampered products, including any attempts at repair or modification outside of authorized service centers.

Note: The warranty will be void if the product has been opened, repaired, or tampered with by a third party without TechCrazy's authorization.

Conditions:

A minimum of $49 fee will be charged if the product is found to have liquid or physical damage.
All goods will remain the property of TechCrazy until full payment of the account.
If parts are installed on a repair item, it is deemed to be the property of TechCrazy until the account is paid.
All care is taken; however, TechCrazy takes no responsibility for accidental loss of data unless agreed to prior to starting the job.
If you cannot be contacted after 30 days from service completion or assessment, you agree that the equipment may be kept in lieu of payment.
