The Xtend Outdoors Mini BBQ Porch is a great addition to your awning, to extend your living area, cook on your BBQ, or to simply provide a dry, shaded area to relax under.

The Mini BBQ Porch is made in one standard size to suit most awnings, and slides easily into an Anti-Flap Kit for a quick set up. This Porch includes an attached End Shade Wall that features a center zip allowing you the flexibility of opening one or both sides of the wall. It is finished off with a heavy-duty vinyl roof that withstands majority of weather conditions.

For installation, this BBQ Porch requires an Anti-Flap Kit.

Please note that delivery times can vary. For Metropolitan areas, delivery time will typically be between 2-5 business days from dispatch. Delivery times will be longer for rural and remote locations.

We deliver Australia-wide, however some remote locations / islands are excluded.

Return Policy

Unopened Products

You may return any "unopened" products and accessories within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Please send the item back to us in its original condition and packaging and we’ll refund your purchase price. The freight charges will need to be covered by the customer and a restocking fee equivalent to 20% of the purchase price will apply. Once the item has been returned and determined to be in good condition, your refund or credit will be processed. This is non-negotiable.

Opened Products

Opened products and accessories can be returned within 14 days of delivery and will be subject to a restocking fee equivalent to 35% of the purchase price to cover testing, cleaning and repackaging expenses. Simply return the item to us, shipping prepaid & using the most convenient shipping method available to you. Opened returns must be in saleable condition with original materials and packaging. Once the item has been returned and determined to be in good condition, your refund or credit will be processed.

All of our products are back by a manufacturers warranty. Each manufacturer’s warranty is different.
