Meet Daphne, the delightful guinea pig from our gorgeous plush collection. Inspired by our ‘Grinny Pig’ design, Daphne is finished with an embroidered wren on the foot, a gift tag containing information about her, and comes packaged in a printed canvas bag for transportation to her new home. With careful sourcing of fabrics, each of the plush characters in our collection are completely unique and combine high quality soft and tactile materials reminiscent of the animal and Hannah’s original artwork that we know and love. Daphne is an animal lover through and through. Her first pet was a snail named Alfred and as a child, she was well known for bringing home abandoned spiders and rescuing stray mice. On her gap year, Daphne trekked through the rainforests of Madagascar and helped to set up a community centre for retired chameleons. Daphne's idea of the perfect evening would be watching a David Attenborough documentary snuggled up by the log fire with a takeaway.

We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day when placed before Midday Sydney time on business days. Orders placed after midday or on weekends will dispatch on the next business day.
Returns / Change of Mind Policy:
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS: In order for us to process a change of mind return you must make contact via email or phone within 7 days of receiving your order. Once your return request has been approved you must return the item in as-new condition, with all original packaging. Refunds are offered on the purchase value less the cost of shipping. Items received back not in as-new condition are processed at our discretion depending on the saleability of the item.
ITEMS ARRIVING DAMAGED: While we package our orders very well and take every care when dispatching, occasionally items can arrive damaged. If you have received a damaged item please contact us.
We will request a photo of the damaged goods so we can assess and offer an appropriate solution.
We may ask that you return the damaged item to us. If this is the case, we will provide a prepaid return label for you to attach to the package and take to the post office. When returning an item please ensure it is packaged well to prevent further damage.
Once we have received the damaged item back to us, we can arrange a replacement or a refund.
