Wood Chipper 100mm 4” Fabricated Steel for Tractor with Three-point linkage
The PTO wood chipper efficiently transfers power from the tractor's engine to the chipper. This wood chipper is designed to be mounted to a tractor's three-point lift assembly. Since you can attach this directly to your tractor, you will not need to transport the chipper around the property with a trailer or any other method. It offers a self-feeding system, once you have placed your material into the feed hopper the action of the chipper blades pulls the material through the hopper.
The 4" 3-point PTO wood chipper has a maximum chipping capacity of 100mm diameter wood. It offers multiple adjustments on the blades, chute, and lift points. You can reverse all of the blades for prolonged use. The rotor is powered directly from the tractor via the supplied Shear Pin PTO shaft providing a smoothy transmission of power. Chipper is compatible with tractors of 18-45 horsepower.
Note: Pine or other sappy timber have resins that can build up and clog the cutter teeth. It is recommended that some dry hardwood is put through at the end. This will prevent resins from building up under the teeth and clogging up.
This heavy-duty fabricated steel chipper has a large diameter rotor generating faster tip speed for improved chipping action and the heavy gauge steel keeps your momentum to power through 100mm diameter tree trunks.
The reversible blades are precision cut tool steel and hardened, keeping a sharp cutting edge and maximizing the performance of the chipper.
The machines incorporates blower paddles with integrated twig breakers designed for greater output force and smaller chips exiting the machine. This provides more consistent chip size and allows the chips to propel further.
Chip dispersion can be easily controlled with the double adjustable Exit Chute. The chute swivels 360 degrees and the top deflector adjusts the distance of throw.

WARRANTY POLICY
We offer a 12-month warranty on all products used for private household use and a 3-month warranty for commercial use from the date of purchase. Please refer to the individual product listing for specific warranty terms and period.
Warranty cover does not include damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disaster, or other external causes; to damage caused by operating the equipment in a manner outside that described in the instructions.
Warranty is considered void if there is mishandling product during transportation after pickup or truck delivery to the buyer's premises.
Warranty Process:
You must produce the original invoice or other proof of purchase document disclosing the purchase date.
All costs of return postage, transport and freight, travelling expenses, hiring tools, labors in fitting parts are paid by the customers.
Parts purchases, consumable components, and accessories )such as hoses, clutches, spray guns, brass head pumps, blades, tines, etc.) are not covered by our standard warranty once used. If you have an issue with parts or consumable components please contact us to discuss a resolution prior to using the item.
RETURNS POLICY
You may return an item for a refund within 30 days of delivery; all you need to do is ship the item back to us. Refund will be issued once the item is received and inspected.
Faulty Product
Please contact us as soon as possible if you have received a faulty product. We will need to assess whether the fault is a major or minor fault and will either arrange for the product to be repaired or replace. Some manufacturers require us to send fault items to them for assessment before we can give you a replacement.
Return Eligibility
Items must be returned at buyer's cost in new condition (not being used) and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund (please do not assemble or modify the product in any way). Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from our customer service.
Customer Service
Please note that you must comply with all return instructions provided to you via phone or your registered email address. All returns must be directed through Customer Service. If you do without instructions, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and your returns may not be accepted.
When a return is authorized, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the product is packaged securely to prevent any damage during the return process. Failure to do so may affect the ultimate resolution to be offered, which may include repairs, or replacement items at our discretion.
Applicable freight fees plus a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund in cases where you have changed your mind and wish to return your product. This also applies to orders cancelled while in transit.
