  • It took 39 days to receive my item!!!!! I purchase this on the 5 Jan 2023 for an event on the 29 Jan thinking that this was a sufficient amount of time for postage based on what was written in the listing (which only popped up AFTER I paid for the item by the way). I received the item on 13 Feb 2023! I had to purchase a second costume from a local store so not only was I out of pocket for a second costume, it took a lot of stress and running around to find something last minute for the event. I tried to contact Mydeal to get an ETA on the delivery as the item was showing as not yet dispatched after 10 days of purchase and I didn't receive anything other than the seller is yet to respond. Why do you have such incompetent sellers on your platform? I put my trust in Mydeal to deliver what was promised and I didn't get anywhere near that. My first bad experience since I have been using the platform and what a coincidence that it happens after being taken over by Woolworths. Surprise surprise. I will not be using the platform anymore now that I have felt the level of care a large organization provides. Very disappointed.
