RETURNS POLICY
Our return policy allows you to return items within 30 days. Items must be unworn and unwashed with labels and tags attached, and proof of purchase (i.e. Tax Invoice) is required.
For hygiene reasons and to protect your health and the health of others, we are unable to refund or exchange earrings, underwear and swimwear.
All refunds for Change of mind exclude delivery charges. Change of mind includes unwanted, size, colour, design, fit and price.
