Use Formula One for orphaned animals or when mother’s milk is limited. Success in hand-rearing greatly improves if animals receive colostrum within 24 hours of birth. Newborns that don’t get colostrum from the mother can be fed Impact Colostrum Supplement.

Feeding Guidelines

Making up Milk - Normal Strength

• Mix 1 scoop of powder (7g) with 50ml of preboiled warm water
• To make 1 litre of milk mix 125g of powder (approx. 18 level scoops) with 900ml of preboiled warm water

Add half the water to the powder first and mix to a paste. Then add the remaining water and mix thoroughly. Pre-boil the water to ensure that it is sterilised. If the water is too hot it can cause the milk to curdle. If it is too cold, then it will be difficult to disperse the powder. An electric whisk can be used for mixing. Milk can be stored in the fridge for a day or can be frozen for up to two weeks.

Pet Station reserves the right not to ship to remote or rural locations. If you are located in a remote or rural area & you place an order we will contact you to try work out a solution for you, we may be able to deliver your parcel to a town near you. If we are unable to find a solution you will be issued with a full refund.

Change of Mind:

Pet Station will accept any new and unused purchase returned within 30-days of purchase for a refund or exchange (excluding freight charges) Any goods returned for a refund or exchange must be in the original packaging and in a saleable condition, accompanied by the original invoice number, date of purchase and reason for return.

If you received a damaged shipment, product and/or faulty item, please send through photos of the damaged item(s) and include your invoice number and name, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
