Christmas is all about giving... so I wanted this Tree Topper to give a presence of light. A star is such a strong Christmas symbol... perhaps that's why it has traditionally graced the top of the tree. Since the sun is also a star, I designed the Starlight Tree Topper with a sun-like shape... the sun, by its very nature, radiates warmth, energy and light. It draws us in; it brings us together."
The 30.4cm Tree Topper holds a delicate, pierced metal star encrusted with glitter that catches the light and sparkles at every angle. The inside of the figure is hollow to accommodate the top branch of the tree. She can also stand as a figure—a warm invitation to gather and celebrate the holiday.
We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day when placed before Midday Sydney time on business days. Orders placed after midday or on weekends will dispatch on the next business day.
Returns / Change of Mind Policy:
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS: In order for us to process a change of mind return you must make contact via email or phone within 7 days of receiving your order. Once your return request has been approved you must return the item in as-new condition, with all original packaging. Refunds are offered on the purchase value less the cost of shipping. Items received back not in as-new condition are processed at our discretion depending on the saleability of the item.
ITEMS ARRIVING DAMAGED: While we package our orders very well and take every care when dispatching, occasionally items can arrive damaged. If you have received a damaged item please contact us.
We will request a photo of the damaged goods so we can assess and offer an appropriate solution.
We may ask that you return the damaged item to us. If this is the case, we will provide a prepaid return label for you to attach to the package and take to the post office. When returning an item please ensure it is packaged well to prevent further damage.
Once we have received the damaged item back to us, we can arrange a replacement or a refund.
