Wike Highsided Cargo Bike Trailer - DIY Kit

Many people prefer to build their own trailer. Our ‘Do-It-Yourself Kit’ allows you the complete freedom to make the trailer exactly the size and style you want it. Constructing your trailer can take as little as 3 hours to complete, however personalising this can take as many hours as you like.

The kit comes with 2 x 50.8 cm high quality alloy wheels with stainless steel spokes and precision ground bearings, push button axles, axle receivers, corner connectors, 15 of 6 mm x 5 cm machine screws with lock nuts, bent tow bar, and bike hitch. 

The high sided version includes connectors for the higher sided wall to be installed.

It does NOT include 2.54 cm square frame tubing, floor, or self tapping screws. We suggest 2.54 cm x 1.6 mm wall square aluminium tubing or steel for extra heavy loads and 9.5 mm plywood for the floor.
