FAQ
Q1: How to measureand fit?
To fit your dog better, please measure twice before buying. When you receive your muzzle, make sure that it is large enough to allow your dog to pant and that it is secure while wearing. If it is the first time for your dog to wear a dog mussel, please introduce muzzles to your dog with more treats, and they will be more receptive.
Q2: Why is the muzzle easy to tear by a dog?
A2: Dogs can't adapt to wearing a muzzle at first. They may think that the muzzle restricts their activities, or use the muzzle as a toy. Please trim your dog’s nails first when wearing the mesh muzzle, because a smart dog will try to stick his/her nails in the mesh to take off or destroy the muzzle. We recommend doing positive training to introduce muzzles to dogs.
Q3: Can the muzzle be worn for a long time?
A3: We would never recommend extended periods of time unless absolutely necessary. And it is not recommended to wear it without human supervision to avoid dangerous situations.

Our refund and return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:
Books or pet training guides with obvious signs of use.
Opened media items such as CDs, DVDs, software, or video games.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, such as your credit card. The completion of this transaction will depend on the processing time set by the payment company.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.
Shipping returns
To return your product, contact our customer care team for instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
