We will happily refund you for up to 30 days if you are in any way displeased with your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in, with the original packaging. 

Refunds 

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.

Gifts

If the item is an unwanted gift, we will only be able to refund the buyer or we can happily exchange for a different towel. Return postage to be paid by gift recipient. 

Shipping costs

When returning your item, the buyer will be responsible for paying return postage (unless in the case of a faulty product).
