From Salt&Pepper''s WANDERLUST collection is this colourfully packaged 300ml COPACOBANA diffuser and cotton stick set filled with an energetic blend of pineapple, coconut and vanilla.

Enjoying a lifespan of 14 weeks, this vegan-friendly aroma derives from natural, European-sourced essential oils that will infuse that lively, Copacabana energy into any space.

Not tested on animals.

Each Salt&Pepper WANDERLUST fragrance is the result of a careful blend of natural essential oils, hand-selected from perfumeries across Europe, resulting in a high-quality and triple-strength fragrance, inspired by a well-known and widely admired location.

The thickness of the diffuser''s natural cotton sticks is very important. They are sized for optimal absorption of essential oils and slow-release of their fragrances over time.

For best results, turn sticks upside-down and place back into bottle after the first 24 hours of opening the fragrance. This aids in the absorption of essential oils.

For optimal lifespan of the diffuser, keep away from direct sunlight, heat & drafts; Caution: always place the fragrance and diffuser bottles on a level surface and away from all fragile, polished, painted and varnished surfaces.

Avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothing. Spills should be cleaned immediately to avoid damaging the surface.

Wash hands thoroughly after handling. Keep away from open flame, children and pets; Do not swallow. Seek medical attention if consumed.

Shipping Details

Thank you for choosing to buy with us! We know that shipping is a big deal, and we try our best to give you the service and prices that you deserve. Being a small family business, we want to do things differently for our customers. Instead of incorporating shipping costs into the price of our products, we charge you what we are charged for shipping. Being a small family-owned business, unfortunately we do not get the discounts for shipping that big business receive. So, while you may pay a couple of dollars more for postage at checkout, you can do this knowing you're paying the lowest prices on your products.

 

We aim to dispatch available orders within 3-5 business days of payment of an order.   Our warehouse operates on Monday - Thursday during standard business hours. Excluding public holidays, at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we will take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.  Shipping times are estimated in business days, do not include weekends or public holidays and may, in some cases, run longer than anticipated. Whilst we strive to meet these deadlines, ship times are approximate and are subject to change.  We use a number of Courier partners or Australia Postal services to handle your package depending on the nature of the goods/order.  You will be supplied with a tracking number with your shipping notification so you can keep an eye on your purchase.  Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, depending on the size of the product, the weight of the product, and where you live. We do ship to the whole of Australia, but if for some reason shipping isn’t quoted, contact us and we will help you sort it out. 

RETURNS 

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges 

 

We want you to be happy! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, we will accept returns up to 14 days after delivery. However, you must notify us in writing via email within 24 hours of receiving your goods.  

Here at BLISS, we happily accept returns due to change of mind. The item(s) MUST be in their original packaging, unused and in re-sellable condition.  

Return shipping will be at your expense. In these cases, we will refund the value of the goods returned but will not refund the value of shipping paid. 

Once returns are received and accepted (in re-sellable condition), refunds are then processed and can be seen in your account within 5 business days depending on your payment method. We will notify you once this has been completed via email. 

We will address each situation on a case-by-case basis, but we will always try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. 

 

Cancellations  

 

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched.  

If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy. 

 

Warranty Returns 

 

Bliss Gifts & Homewares will happily honour any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 7 days of receipt of items. 

Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however, we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim. Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect Bliss Gifts & Homewares to process your warranty claim within 7 days. 

Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of: 

(a) refund to your payment method 

(b) a refund in store credit 

(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available) 

 

Items Damaged in transit  

 

We aim to prevent damages in transit and we have strict wrapping procedures, however, it can sometimes occur.  

Any deliveries received damaged/faulty must be reported to Bliss Gifts & Homewares within 24hrs of the receipt of your parcel.  

Due to strict insurance policies within our courier partners & individual suppliers T&C's, we have a small window period to report any incidentals.   

 

 

ONE SINGLE CLEAR IMAGE (not a collage) that includes the following:

 

 

  - The damage/fault to your item(s)

 

  - The packaging (box, bubble wrap, newspaper etc)

 

  - The shipping label clearly showing your reference number (this does not have to be close up, so long as it can be zoomed in on and read)

 

 
The above MUST be all included on ONE picture. This is to ensure the integrity of the claim and so the damaged items can be matched to the description we load for your parcel. Below is an example image for reference.

 

 
 
 
 
We will also require the following:

 

 
  - Your order number and details
 
  - Additional close-up picture(s) of the damage/fault
 
  - A picture of the packaging to prove that the item was adequately wrapped/protected
 
  - The name of the person who packed your order - their name will be located on the handwritten note that should have been included with your order.

 

 
 
It is very important that we receive these images and information as soon as possible as we only have 7 business days to make this claim to ensure your reimbursement/replacement.

 

Once your email has been reviewed, we will contact you to discuss the outcome and solution moving forward for your claim. 

 

Until advised please do not dispose of broken items or packaging as they may be required for further investigation.
