Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of the product being delivered to you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.

Product is what I was looking for in a monitor. I like that it has accessibility to the app when not at home. Screen is a great size and Picture quality is great. I’ve purchased a second camera as my previous vtech was discontinued before I could get my hands on a camera for that model.
