The VTech BM2150 Safe & Sound Audio Baby Monitor lets you worry less about your little one while you complete chores in another room. This audio monitor comes with a safe and secure digital transmission to prevent others from listening in and provides clear sound so you can hear your baby. The room temperature sensor lets you know if the nursery room is too hot or too cold and also plays lullabies to help your baby sleep. With support for 2-way communication, this monitor lets parents and babies talk with each other through the units.

Change of Mind

We may allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of the product being delivered to you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product. You will not receive a refund for the original shipping cost of the product.

Exclusions to our change of mind policy

We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include:

heavy, large and bulky items (e.g. furniture, mattresses, large or heavy appliances);
consumables (e.g. cosmetics);
health products;
jewelry;
toppers, underlays, pillows and quilts;
intimates (including underwear, swimwear, socks and hosiery).

Products which are on promotion (indicated by a ‘Sale’ or ‘Limited Time Deal’ badges, or which were discounted with a coupon or promo code) will also be ineligible for change of mind returns.

Change of mind refunds or exchanges for clothing, footwear and accessories will only be accepted if items are returned unworn, unused, and in saleable condition with the original tags attached. They must be returned in their original packaging, including sealed boxes, plastic bags, and shoe boxes.

We may also refuse change of mind returns at our discretion where your request does not meet our Fair Use standards. These include where:

we believe have made an unreasonable amount of change of mind return requests; or
we suspect fraud, misuse or abuse of this policy.

Damaged or faulty items

If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
