I love this fan as it gives cooling on the lowest setting, 1, a total of 99. Also it alows me to sleep with minimum noise. I feel this vornado is value for money as it is up To 80% More Energy-Efficient.

This fan has increments of 99 I use 1 to 5 and it is cooling. I am surprised that this comes from 3 blades. I have bought the same for my brother. I also find that it is so quiet so should be good for sleeping.
