We ship your order within 1 business day once your order is confirmed in normal circumstances. Please allow 3-5 business days for dispatch during peak sales periods. All our products are to be dispatched from our warehouses in Melbourne, Australia. You will be provided with tracking information when your order is dispatched.

Please ensure shipping details are complete and correct when you place your order. Changing of shipping details at a later stage may not be accepted. Please note that we cannot deliver all items to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers. Returns
