The device uses high-temperature and high-pressure steam to clean floors, tiles, marbles, glass, doors and windows, clothing stains, and various difficult-to-clean spaces. it can also be used in kitchen cleaning to dissolve and remove difficult-to-wipe grease; with high-sensitivity thermostats, it can provide high-temperature steam ≥105℃ to sanitize and remove dirt in an environmentally friendly way.

We ship your order within 1 business day once your order is confirmed in normal circumstances. Please allow 3-5 business days for dispatch during peak sales periods. All our products are to be dispatched from our warehouses in Melbourne, Australia. You will be provided with tracking information when your order is dispatched.
Please ensure shipping details are complete and correct when you place your order. Changing of shipping details at a later stage may not be accepted. Please note that we cannot deliver all items to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers. To avoid your order being cancelled because of invalid address, we highly recommend you use a physical address for delivery purpose.

The delivery time is estimated from our shipping providers. Please allow extra shipping time during peak seasons (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas, long weekend etc.)
We are unable to accommodate custom delivery requests, such as calling in advance or on arrival, scheduling specific delivery dates and times, or leaving the package in a specific location. Such requests can only be accommodated if a customer organises freight collection and services themselves.
Occasionally orders are delivered as multi-piece shipments, and the parcels may arrive at separate times. Please allow an additional 3-5 working days for partial deliveries.

Warranty
We provide our customers with a 12-month warranty (from purchase) that covers:
Defects in manufacturing; and
Not being fit for purpose.
Our warranty will NOT cover:
Normal wear and tear;
Damage caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, lack of maintenance, carelessness, natural disasters, kids, pets, etc.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reasons, please contact our customer service team for assistance. Please do not return items to us before you obtain a written confirmation from us.
· The return needs to be requested within 14 days from purchase.
· Return postage is to be paid by the purchaser.
· We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
· We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
· A 10% restocking fee applies for change-of-mind returns, given that,
o The product(s) are in their original packaging including manuals, pamphlets and all accessories; and/or
o They are unopened, unused and in their original saleable condition.
· Postage (if any) paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse returns and refund of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
