The knife is a little heavier than my previous knife however it's well balanced, the handle gives a comfortable hold and the end loop ensures the hand doesn't slip off when cutting large volumes of meat. I would recommend this knife to anyone who does a lot of preparation and cooking or to anyone who slaughter's their own animals.
