Orders are shipped from our Sydney distribution centre within 2-3 business days after full payment is received. 4. We will only provide a refund when we receive the returned product which meets the abovementioned requirements.
5. If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address.
