The handset I paid a premium for as it was a Used Demo is in worse condition than a handset sold for much less as an excellent grade handset

Phone works good but the exterior of the phone, not including screen, is really battered up. It arrived scratched and looks like its been dropped acouple of times. Screen must have been change because there's no damage to it. I bought it for my Autistic son, once he saw it, I couldn't take it off him to return it, so I bought a good quality cover to cover up all the scratch and dent on it. Not 100% happy with the description on the sale of the item.

Product was excellent.. Customer service great.. but the timeframe from purchase to arrival not so good.

So far so good. The appearance is as what was described, a couple of minor scratches and marks. Battery capacity is 89% which is fine for a secondhand phone. Too early to tell if it stands up to teen use. Took 9 days to dispatch, however once it was dispatched we received within 24 hours. Will try to update in 4 months.

Well I have not had it long enough to make an evaluation , although I do wonder why an outdated phone does cost so much .
