If your USB-C host supports DP Alt Mode but the cable doesn't work, we suggest you:

- Please make sure that you have chosen the correct input source. For example, your TV has three HDMI ports 1, 2, 3, when you connected HDMI 1, you should choose HDMI 1 as your TV's input source with your TV's remote control.

- Update the BIOS and graphic card driver from your laptop's official website, then restart your laptop to try again.

- Set the laptop's resolution as 1080P or lower.

If it disconnects frequently, please:

Change of Mind Returns

Shiny Tech offers a 30-day Change of Mind Policy on all products. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can contact us within 14 days of taking delivery and return the product, and Shiny Tech will refund the unit price of the item.

· When goods are tested and found to be fully functional, they will be returned at the customer's expense.

· Returning goods must be complete with all parts and packaging unless otherwise arranged.

Incorrect Purchases & Non-Faulty Returns

· Customers must cover the cost of shipping when returning goods to us.

5. If it is determined via troubleshooting that your product may be faulty, our team will provide instructions to have the product returned for assessment. If the product does need to be returned, we will arrange return shipping at no cost to you.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
