1 year warranty will apply to all Battery Expert products unless the corresponding listing states otherwise. If the product show symptoms of operational failure, are defective or are broken (a.k.a. "DOA" or Dead on Arrival), buyers must contact us within 30 days with a full and detailed description of the issue.

I ordered this item which was compatible with Windows 11. I received an item only going up to Windows 10. Needing this for a Windows 11 as my laptop is Windows 11 and has no built-in DVD CD disc player, this makes the item redundant.
