Most products come with a 14 day change of mind policy. If at any time within the first 14 days from delivery date you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution. Please note, change of mind returns incur a 20% restocking fees.

• We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery

Damaged or faulty items

If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
