Shipping policy
1. We only ship within Australia.
2. We offer free shipping across Australia for all parcels under 5kg.
3. There is an additional $10 shipping charge for parcels between 5-10kg.
4. There is an additional $15 shipping charge for parcels between 10-24kg.
5. Parcels over 25kg are not available。
6. Express delivery is available for an additional $15 delivery charge.
7. Please edit your postal address before checkout.
8. We will choose the courier company according to the needs and do not accept designated couriers
9. We ship from Melbourne. It may take up to 3-10 business days for Australia Post to deliver the item.
To ensure your shopping experience is smooth and pleasant, we provide return and refund services for our products. Please read the following terms and conditions regarding returns and refunds carefully:
1. Return conditions
We allow unconditional returns within 30 days after receiving the goods (such as change of mind, ordering the wrong product). However, the returned goods must be unused, undamaged and uninstalled, with all original packaging intact, including accessories, manuals.
If you receive damaged, defective or wrong goods, please contact us in time after receiving the product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund and bear all related costs.
2. Return process
Online purchase return: For items purchased online, please contact our customer service team to initiate a return. Once your return request is approved, you will receive return instructions and return address.
Return shipping costs: For returns due to personal reasons (such as change of mind, ordering the wrong product), customers should bear the return shipping costs. If the return is due to product quality issues or shipping errors, we will bear the return shipping costs.
4. Refund Policy
Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned merchandise, we will process your refund via the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to be reflected in your account.
Partial Refunds: We reserve the right to make a partial refund if the returned merchandise does not meet all return criteria (e.g. damaged packaging, missing accessories, or damaged product).
Non-Refundable Items: Items that do not meet our return policy criteria will be returned to the customer without a refund.
5. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item (e.g. for a different model or color), please first return the original item through the returns process. Once your return has been processed, you may place a new order for the desired product.
6. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify or update this Return and Refund Policy at any time. The updated terms will apply to orders placed after the policy change.
