How to use
When you place an order, you will receive a reply e-mail acknowledging that your order has been received and your payment has been processed. You will also receive a tracking number so you can monitor your order`s delivery progress. Amendments to orders can be made by contacting Unichi and speaking with someone who will then receive permission to change the order. If an order has already been dispatched, we will not be able to exchange the product.
Order must be paid for in full prior to delivery which will be normally dispatched within two business days except for situation beyond Unichi's control.

If you take delivery of a package and in the unlikely event the contents have been damaged in transit, or are defective or incorrect, please contact us via Unchi's customer service email on a timely manner to inform us of your wish to return your goods. You must include your original order number, photo evidence, with your name and address.
You may be required by our team to ship the goods back to us in certain cases. It is your responsibility to meet the costs of returning the goods to us, and to take care that they are not damaged while in your care or in transit.
We strongly recommend that an insured or registered postal service is used for returns as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Once the item has been received, inspected and approved, we will exchange the product or issue a refund for the purchase amount in the same manner the original order was paid. We will also refund the postage cost of returning the item to us. However, if the problem with the product was a major failure, you can choose whether to receive a refund or a replacement or ask for compensation for any drop in value of the product.
Should you wish to make a claim relating to your product for (1) damaged in transport or (2) incorrect goods received. We advise this must be communicated with us with photo evidence and within reasonable notice period of receiving your goods.
Unichi does not have to provide a refund if you simply change your mind on an item, so please choose carefully.
