The conical stones grind more effectively without high batter temperature rise. Hence you get soft and nutritious idlis, and more numbers of them too. Additionally batter remains fresh for upto 5 days. The AISI 304 food grade stainless steel drum ensures that you get healthy rust-free idlis everyday.
