Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of the product being delivered to you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.

This is the third Speaker I have bought, mine is several years old and is going beautifully. I bought my husband one and he has burnt it out by playing it really loudly all the time and especially while it was showing critical battery and charging at the same time. So I bought him another one and hopefully this one will last a bit longer.

We have had a UE Boom 2 for some time and I've always been disappointed with the frequency response of that unit - high frequencies are not crisp and bass notes are muted whereas the Boom 3 is far superior in both cases. I'm very happy with the performance, it was a competitive price, arrived securely packaged & undamaged and quicker than I expected. Good deal!
