Ultimate Change Pad
The Ultimate Change Pad is a luxuriously comfy change pad for your bub at home or on the go.
It is different to the other pads on the market as:
1. It has high rise sides to help contain your little wriggler and it is flat, so it does not cause the poo explosions from running off the mat and onto your furniture and carpet.
2. It is also more hygienic, as it smooth with no textured surface to trap your baby s mess (which would be impossible to clean!).
3. It is soft and comfy, not a hard plastic that requires additionally padding.
4. There are no ties or belts so no strangulation hazards for your baby.
5. The Change Pad is flat with no incline, so it is safer for your newborn.
6. It is healthier with no hidden nasties. Low VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds), no latex and no fire retardant chemicals
It can be used on any firm, flat and dry surface, including change tables, chests of drawers, on the floor and in the back of the car. It is perfect for as your baby grows, as it can be positioned on the floor, so you are not lifting your baby up to a higher surface, so better for your back. Always ensure you are at your baby s side, during use.
It is waterproof can be easily wiped clean with a non-alcoholic baby wipe or warm water, so your baby s changing space is always hygienically clean. It also saves you extra time in the laundry, as there is no need for change mat covers.
The Ultimate Change Pad is safe for your baby manufactured using high density PU Foam, and is BPA, Phthalates and PVC free and most importantly tested to EN 71 Regulatory Standard (Infant Product Safety Test).

How to Use | We recommend the Change Pad be placed on a minimum support surface of 483 mm x 762 mm. The support surface must be flat, stable, structurally sound and if off the ground, preferably have an edge or a lip. Do not leave your child unattended and ensure all your changing needs are within your arm s reach of your baby. |
Important Information | This Change Pad is manufactured using a unique process of liquid foam, which makes them more comfortable and softer for your baby. Unlike other pads, we do not use any toxic chemicals to seal the pad, as it is unsafe for your baby and dangerous to the environment. We also do not emboss the top of the pad with patterns, as that is hard to keep clean. As a result, you may see a variation of colour in the pad (swirls, lines and dots of different shades) as the pad is not one solid colour. These are not stains or mould growth. These are natural imperfections and the result of the casting process and not a manufacturing fault, as we do not use any toxic chemicals in production.
Whilst the top of the pad is smooth, the underside and sides of the pad are not intended to be smooth and will have air bubbles and other textural imperfections. These are not manufacturing faults as they are air coming to the surface in the casting process. Each side of the change pad has 2 perforations for drying, as per the pictures above. Whilst we do our best to create beautiful products for you, safety is always paramount, so we thank you for your understanding and supporting our business to create safer products for your baby. |
Product Care & Warranty | This is our first product to be packaged with no plastic, as we are doing our part to try and minimise our environmental impact on the earth. The product may accumulate a little dust and scuff marks in transit. These are to be expected however like all baby products, it is best to wash before use.
Prior to using the pad, please clean the pad with warm water and soft sponge. Do not use bleach or abrasive cleaners. Thank you for supporting us to help minimise our plastic packaging. Do not use sharp objects near the pad. The pad may change colour if placed in sunlight. Polyurethane foam can interact with the paint or lacquer of the surface on which it s placed. This interaction is most commonly seen with white paints and clear varnishes, which may yellow. Please note that by using this product, you are acknowledging the possibility that this discoloration could occur. Returns Policy
Due to the nature of the products, we sell, we do not offer refunds or exchanges where you have changed your mind, made a wrong selection, misunderstood what you were buying, did not read the product description, have bought the product twice or more, have been gifted a product similar or the same, or found the goods cheaper elsewhere or on sale/promotion through us at any time.
The reasons we do not offer refunds is that we are unable to resell the product, as new. We trust that you understand that for safety and hygiene reasons, you would not want to receive a product for your baby that has been potentially used previously. We also do not offer refunds because there are significant costs to us to process a refund, including PayPal, Afterpay and Zip Pay fees that are charged to us. We can not waive those fees, so we do not offer refunds – so please make your selection carefully.
Extortion Policy

We will not give a customer a discount or free product, because they threaten us with a poor review.
This conduct is a breach of the Criminal Code and is illegal in Australia and we reserve the right to report your conduct to the Australian Federal Police.
If your product is faulty, we will follow a process to resolve your concern, by finding a solution that is reasonable for you and in accordance with the Consumer Law.
We use independent freight companies to deliver your orders. When you place your order you select your freight carrier. We our best to provide you with a selection of reputable Australian companies that offer efficient and effective deliveries of our beautiful products.
The cost of the freight and handling is determined by the freight company and is calculated at checkout. You can view your estimated freight cost by inserting the items you are looking to purchase and your address in the freight estimator.
Delivery times will depend upon your location, the time of year and the capacity of the freight company you selected. You will be sent a tracking number to track your delivery with the third-party freight company.
Please check your junk mail. You will receive many messages tracking your order so it is important to note when your delivery is coming, so you can be home.
All orders will have An Authority To Leave (ATL) if you are not home for your delivery. However, if you live in an apartment or your location is such that the goods cannot be left (at the freight company’s discretion) then goods will be returned to the depot for you to arrange either collection from the depot or re-delivery. Re-delivery fees will charged to you prior to re-delivery of goods.
If you live in an apartment or a building complex, please note that the freight companies may not deliver directly to your unit. Most freight companies will only deliver your order to the main reception area or the ground level of the building complex.
We recommend that you track your order so that you are home for delivery. We are not responsible for theft of your order from your premises, so please be home to accept collection of your goods.

You must check your order to ensure it has been delivered in good condition, prior to signing for the delivery. This is important to ensure you receive your goods in good condition.
We understand that is disappointing when you receive your order and it has been damaged in delivery. We do our best to use reputable freight companies but unfortunately we cannot control their delivery, that is why we ensure your orders for freight damage.
If you do not do so, your freight insurance will be void and the damage will not be covered under warranty. Your freight insurance is only valid for 5 business days from receipt of your delivery.
We will do our best to lodge the freight claim on your behalf but please note that in our experience, freight companies do take a several days to respond to a claim and tell us the next course of action, so please be patient (although we understand it is frustrating some times).
