Express post is not offered due to the flammable nature of perfume as it is classified as a dangerous good and is required to be transported by road.
We encourage you to use your work or other suitable business hours address for a safe and secure delivery. Australia Post has stated that signatures are not required upon delivery for all parcels, whether you are collecting from a post office or at home. If there is no one present at address, your parcel will be taken to a Post Office for collection. Please ensure your full address (including business name if applicable) is completed. Please be aware that once your order has left the warehouse, we are not involved in the delivery process of your parcel.
