The products have to be returned in their original packaging with all labels and instruction manuals included which they were received by you. We cannot accept order cancellations or returns on items that have been installed or used. Returns can only be accepted on products that are returned in exactly the same condition and packaging that they were sent out to you so that we can re-sell those items.
If the item is damaged in transit during the return delivery, we are not under any obligation to provide a refund. Therefore, please ensure that you take out the appropriate level of insurance when sending the items back to us.
We do not provide a refund for outbound and inbound delivery charges. All returns must be issued with a return authority number before the customer returns the goods to us.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you received an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible. If a product is damaged, it must be reported within 7 days of arrival. We will not cover any damaged products after this duration. Provided our terms and conditions are satisfied, we will happily exchange or refund your purchase without any additional costs.
