For larger items, we partner with Direct Freight Express (DFE) for efficient Australia-wide service, while smaller items are shipped through Australia Post. Orders sent via DFE include "Authority to Leave" (ATL), allowing for a convenient drop-off if no one is home, as long as there's a safe place to leave your package.

Delivery times range from 2-7+ business days after shipping, depending on your location and the items ordered, though delivery may be slightly delayed during peak periods. VIC, NSW, ACT, QLD, TAS, SA: 3-4 business days
