A lighter and finer Sauvignon Blanc with an aromatic nose of citrus, guava and passionfruit complexed with subtle dried herbs, light spice, and brisk acidity. Elegant and refreshingly vibrant and long to finish. This wine is very light in feel but with terrific flavour and energy.
