Panic Bolts (AKA Skeleton Bolts) are suited to doors where barrel bolts are insufficient and extra strength is required.

Panic Bolt Function - generally installed on the inactive leaf of double doors, so one door remains in a fixed position, but can be opened by deactivating the bolt.
