Delivery Times
Please allow 1 - 3 business days for your order to be packed, once packed you will be emailed with a tracking number.
It is not the time for your order to be packed. For standard domestic shipping please allow 3 ~ days or more for delivery. Remote areas may need additional days
Product Variation
Due to the many of our products like knives, donabe, ceramic and etc. are handcrafted, therefore no two products will be completely identical. Minor variations in wood grain and colour, steel pattern, finish, and packaging.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return shipping cost will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed. We will not accept return products that are scratched or marked, even if they are unused.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods and hygienic measures (such as beauty products, flask, Mugs, Jugs, plates and etc.). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not, usually within 7 business days after received the returned items to confirm and inspect the item(s) and either approve or reject your claim. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method - 2% payment processing fee - $8.50 Admin fees. Please note that the shipping fees are no-refundable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Refunds on Receiving Manufacturing Faulty and Damaged Item
Please inform us immediately when you received faulty of Damaged Items. Our team will access and assist you for the refund or replacement process.
