There are five steps to taking the best possible care of your Tontine bedding, which we've summarised and explained in more detail below.

We will accept returns for faulty products & change of mind. If goods are faulty will provide return shipping label & for change of mind returns customer pays return shipping cost within 14 days after receiving the order.
Please note Under the Health Act pillows, quilts, underlays, bed toppers, mattress and pillow protectors are non-refundable unless faulty. We unfortunately cannot accept exchanges or returns for these products. We encourage you to make your selection of items carefully prior to your purchase.
