Thermoslab is a brilliantly versatile, robust 7mm thick underfloor heating cable designed for use In Slab. Install the cable in the concrete slab of new builds to create an energy efficient thermal mass under your floor. To work out which heating cable is required, multiply the Square Metres of your area by 160 to give the required output (Watts).

Returns (Change of mind):

Brands Direct Online will offer refund/ exchange within 30 days if the customer is not happy with the item. Proof of purchase is required and all Returns will incur a 20% Surcharge and return items back to BDO will be at the customers expense.

In transit Damages or Missing Goods:

Buyer must be available to accept delivery and assist driver in unloading, the delivery driver will not carry large items up or downstairs
Products must be signed for at time of delivery. Alternatively, buyer may request an authority to leave (ATL) your goods unattended, however please note it will be your responsibility if the product is damaged, lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by our couriers.
