**Adjustments may be required to ensure that the massage rollers contact the required areas of your body. In particular the neck pillow will require adjustment from user to user.
**Massage pressure Is felt differently by each user. We recommend that each customer test the chair’s pressure and massage settings to find their own personal preferences.
**The Therazone massage chair is designed to suit a wide range of user height. Please note that the chair’s telescopic foot plate will press back against the user to ensure that the foot plates remain in contact with the users feet. This is not like a foot rest on a recliner.
**Please note this item can NOT be shipped to a PO Box/Locked Bag address. Kindly provide a residential/business address in Checkout to prevent delivery delays thank you. Returns Policy
As per our policy, change of minds returns are usually not accepted but are only accepted at our discretion. In the instance where the customer is keen on returning the item for a refund, the item should be in original packaging and in re-saleable condition.
The customer will need to return the item at their cost and supply a return tracking number. For RTS products, if customers opt for us to resend the item, a re-shipping fee will be applied. Otherwise, a re-stocking fee will be deducted. ABM will deduct a 20% re-stocking fee from the Cost for returns to sender items and change of mind returns. If customers request that we organise a return and provide with either a reply-paid label or arrange a carrier.
A standard surcharge for returns which is excluding GST will be deducted. Please review our return rates for change of mind returns.
Small Items (5KG and Under) – $12 per item
Medium ( Luggage and Umbrellas) – $23 per item
Large (Mattress) – $45 per item
Large (Outdoor Furniture) – Standard $75 but Subjected to number of Boxes/Quantity
Change of Mind is only accepted within 7 days of receiving the order, only items are in original packaging, unopened and unused.
