Returns, exchanges or refunds will be honoured if your product is faulty or damaged upon arrival. Customers should contact Print Music Works before returning the item -  the return will not be processed until the item has been received at our location. Returns, exchanges and refunds can only be processed if the product is returned in original condition.

Change of mind returns or incorrect purchases can be accepted within 14 days of delivery. Customers should contact Print Music Works before returning their item and must state the reason for their return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and refunds or exchanges will not be processed until the returned item has been received in original condition.
